If singing karaoke is on your post-pandemic bucket list, you're in luck because you'll be able to check it off not just once, but four times in the month ahead.
For the next four Saturdays beginning tomorrow (23 May), Hear65, Singapore's local music platform, will be launching their month-long karaoke sessions, designed to bring a re-imagined digital concert experience to your bedrooms. Bringing together a smorgasbord of artists across different genres and languages, Hear65 Sing Along SG will be present 16 local artists across four weeks, with each 3-hour session hosted by local actress Munah Bagharib. The sessions will be streamed live on Hear65's Twitch and Youtube channel, as well as Bandwagon's Facebook and Twitter pages. Audiences will be able to support their favourite artists by donating via Twitch.
From 7:30pm tomorrow (23/05), sing to your heart's content with The Pinholes, Tabitha Nauser, THELIONCITYBOY, and RRILEY, as lyrics will be displayed on screen just like your good old karaoke. The next three sessions will feature a star-studded line-up with the likes of Charlie Lim, HubbaBubbas, Iman’s League, Jeremy Monteiro, Joanna Dong, M1LDL1FE, OHMYMEITING & G
