LE SSERAFIM's first original Japanese track will be featured in an upcoming Japanese TV series.

On Friday (6 January), the five-piece K-pop girl group announced via their official Japanese Twitter page that the forthcoming number — titled 'Choices' — will be used as the theme song for 3000 Yen: How to Enrich Life, a new drama from Tokai TV and Fuji TV.

Scheduled to premiere at 11:40 PM JST on 7 January and air every Saturday until 25 February, the eight-episode series is described as an intergenerational story of overcoming worries about money and life. 

'Choices' will be released on major streaming platforms at 12:35 AM JST on 8 January, immediately after the conclusion of the drama's premiere episode.

The track will also be featured in the 'ANTIFRAGILE' hitmakers' debut Japanese single album FEARLESS, which is slated to be launched on 25 January. In addition to 'Choices', three-track project will comprise Japanese versions of 'FEARLESS' — which was released last December — and 'Blue Flame'. 

To celebrate their Japanese debut, Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae will also be holding their inaugural showcase in Japan on the same day.
