Barely two months after blowing our minds with his independently-released debut EP ISLAND-01 (read our track-by-track guide here), experimental electronic musician Yllis is set to drop a sophomore document on surging Chinese label Do Hits on 5th September.
The forthcoming offering will be a seven-track project entitled Exodus which sees the producer "attempt to explore his own cultural and historical roots as a Chinese Singaporean."
The EP's description continues to say, "Sonically, you won’t have difficulties spotting sounds and melodies of Singaporean characteristics - mostly cultural remnants scattered among the five delicate tracks."
Alongside those five original compositions, Exodus' final two tracks will also feature special edition remixes of '夢' by label luminaries Howie Lee and Jason Hou.
