With Singapore halfway into the Circuit Breaker, many regular patrons of live music venues may find themselves longing for live music and the scrumptious food and drink that accompanies this experience.

While these establishments cannot provide live music performances aside from livestreams, their intrepid chefs are still hustling. We’ve put together a list of 7 live music venues that are offering food delivery services during this COVID-19 Circuit Breaker:

Timbre X

Operating Hours: 6am to 11pm daily

Going strong amidst the COVID-19 crisis, the Timbre group has been hosting livestreams on Facebook Live under the tag #KeepMusicAlive, featuring bands such as 53A, Too Much Drama, and NationOne.

Have a craving for Timbre’s signature pizzas and wings? Timbre X @ The Substation and Switch by Timbre X are still open for business, with online delivery via their website. They also offer an affordable range of alcoholic beverages, and will be adding a good selection of craft beers by tomorrow.

Offering a variety of food, the Timbre Group promises to satisfy your hunger pangs. As an added bonus, Timbre is offering free Chicken Nibbles with each delivery order, limited to the first 100 delivery orders on both Timbre X @ The Substation and Switch by Timbre X.

Señor Taco

Operating Hours: 5.30pm to 2am daily

Home to groovy, dance-inducing Latin music from the likes of Ireson and DJ Wicho, a variety of music could be found at Señor Taco, from Rumba to traditional Mariachi tunes.

As the name suggests, a smattering of delicious Mexican food awaits those with the craving for something different. They also sell drinks, with an interesting “Corona-rita” cocktail mix for just $10.

Cuba Libre

Opening Hours: 11am to 9pm daily

With regulars like AdrenalinaBand and DJTJ gracing the stage, Cuba Libre is a powerhouse for live music, with Bachata and Salsa being a specialty.

Cuba Libre has teamed up with 4 other restaurants to provide a diverse menu of cuisines ranging from Persian to Indochina. As a special promotion, these restaurants are offering free delivery to select areas on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Wala Wala Cafe Bar

Opening Hours: 11am to 9.30pm daily

Featuring acts like Jack and Rai, Reverie, and The Lost Box, Wala Wala is host to many talented musicians. With the set-up available for a full band, a lively atmosphere is always guaranteed.

Wala Wala is offering a sale on alcohol during this time of quarantine, for those who want to chill out and have a drink or two while watching their favorite shows or livestreams. They also offer a variety of food from pizzas to breaded jalapeños.

McGettigan’s

Opening Hours: 12pm to 3am daily

Everyone’s favorite Irish Bar has its head in the game, hosting regular virtual open mics on Facebook in addition to delivering their dishes islandwide. Musicians from all over the world have been featured on their virtual open mics, from Hermitage Green of Ireland to ROADHITS from Dubai.

While their conventional food delivery services are still in the process of being set up, they are still taking orders via telephone call. Self-retrieval is preferred, but they’re willing to waive off the taxi delivery fee if a taxi is called.

Going Om

Opening Hours: Tuesdays to Sundays, 11am to 6pm

Find your inner zen with Going Om, perhaps the only bar to have “yoga alignment” online classes - an evolution for the live music venue. Host to acoustic acts like Daniel Sid, Going Om has always had a relaxed atmosphere - perfect for finding enlightenment.
