Chloe Qisha is fast becoming one of favourite new artists of 2024. During our interview with the versatile alt-pop artist, we not only discussed her previous 2 singles - ‘I Lied, I’m Sorry’ (which has amassed over 1 million streams) and ‘VCR Home Video’ - but also what has in store next.

"There is indeed an EP coming! And a few more babies (songs) to be released into the world" the Malaysian songwriter teased. "I am so excited for everyone to start dancing to them and singing their hearts out!"

True enough, Chloe has just dropped her incredible third single, ‘Sexy Goodbye’.

Speaking about her latest song Chloe Qisha said, “It’s super rare as a songwriter to create a song that you can truthfully say is one of your favourite songs ever (because we’re usually so critical of our own work), but 'Sexy Goodbye' is that song for me."

As she explains, "The song is about wanting to leave a relationship on your best form - fighting the urge to be sad and hoping that their last impression of you is, ‘damn, they look good.’ We really wanted it to be painfully honest and funny; and we definitely leaned into that as much as possible for the lyrics. I love writing sad/happy songs. I want people to be crying in the club to this song!”

Next month, Chloe is set to release her debut EP on Friday 15 November.
