Marina Bay Sands to host Back To Live concert, “the largest live music show since circuit breaker,” featuring Benjamin Kheng, Sezairi, Charlie Lim, and more

One of the biggest live shows since the circuit breaker is here to frontline the resumption of concerts and performances. 

In a surprise announcement on Friday morning (11/12), performing artists and organisers took to social media channels to reveal an exciting partnership between AEG Presents, Collective Minds, and Marina Bay Sands.

Bringing back the live concert experience is Back To Live, a two-night concert event which will take place over 18 and 19 December, as one of the first few gigs to hold up to 500 pax since the coronavirus restrictions were in motion. To be held at the Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands, safety measures will be put in place for concert-goers to have fun without worry.

Back To Live will feature some of the top artists from the Singapore music scene, such as headliners Benjamin Kheng and Sezairi on the first day, and Charlie Lim on the second. Other special guests include the likes of Narelle, THELIONCITYBOY and Linying, as well as KEYANA, and Aisyah Aziz

All concert-goers will be required to have the TraceTogether app or token, in addition to undergoing and testing negative in their Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) in order to attend. At the venue, each zone will also be limited to fewer than 50 pax at any one time, with attendees not allowed to mingle and group in more than five. 

Nightlife in Singapore to resume in limited capacity this December and January under pilot programme

According to Marina Bay Sands, Back To Live is “the largest live music show since circuit breaker”, and is part of a Ministry of Health-funded Pre-Event Testing (PET) Pilot programme initiated to resume local entertainment in the new normal.

Back To Live will be held on 18 and 19 December, starting at 9PM. Tickets are sold at S$59 for one day, and S$106 for two days, inclusive of booking fees. Two-day ticket holders can complete their complimentary Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at Marina Bay Sands, while single show ticket holders can complete theirs at select medical facilities across Singapore.
