Two years after his departure from TREASURE, MASHIHO is striking out on his own.

Today (23/5), on his 23rd birthday, the Japanese singer opened his official fan club and homepage, restarting his career as a soloist. In a press statement, MASHIHO shares: "Through my future activities I want to give back to those who have waited for me to return for so long. So as not to disappoint those who are expecting big things, I want to show a number of new sides of me as the solo artist MASHIHO."

MASHIHO also adds that the past few years have "really allowed me to think about what I wanted to do”. While primarily based in Japan, the artist plans to be active in the international scene and shares that he has an announcement for fans by the summer.

"It would be wrong to say I’m not a bit nervous, but currently my sense of excitement is stronger," MASHIHO reveals about his new journey.  The new solo artist hopes to meet fans this year and return the love and support he has received. “Just as I have received so much life and power from everyone, going forward I want to give back that energy and confidence to everyone”.
