In a series of tweets, MMI Live's Rhiza Pascua shared the news of scalpers and scammers targeting fans of Justin Bieber. MMI Live announced the return of the pop star to the Philippines earlier this week. The Biebs is set to take his Purpose Tour to the Philippine Arena on September 30, 2017, his second concert in the country.
Tickets are scheduled to go on sale on July 9 via the official ticketing outlet SM Tickets, but according to the promoter's tweets, scammers are already claiming to have discounted tickets available for sale. Pascua urges the public to be wary of these scalpers trying to take advantage of fans and to report them immediately to help spread awareness.
Scammers claiming 2 have discounted Purpose Tour Tix. Dont believe! We haven't even printed the tix. Pls report them 2 us, will expose them
