Moira Dela Torre has been nominated at the 2019 MTV EMAs.

On Wednesday (10/02), MTV announced the nominations for the 2019 MTV EMAs, which includes Filipina singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre for Best Southeast Asia Act. The 'Paalam' singer is up against Indonesia's Rich Brian, Singapore's Jasmine Sokko, Thailand's Jannine Weigel, and Vietnam's Suboi.

The current frontrunner at this year's MTV EMAs is Ariana Grande with seven nominations including Best Artist and Best Video for 'Thank U, Next.' Following behind the 'Boyfriend' singer are Shawn Mendes, Lil Nas X, and Billie Eilish with six nods each.

Malaysian rapper Joe Flizzow won the title of Best Southeast Asia Act at the 2018 MTV EMAs.

The 2019 MTV EMAs is slated to take place at the FIBES, Conference & Exhibition Centre of Seville, Spain on November 4 (Monday) with a live broadcast of the red carpet premiere at 3:00 a.m. at the main show at 4:00 a.m. via MTV Asia.
