The Internet has a funny way of bringing two completely different things together and in the case of TikTok's latest trend, it's Nadine Lustre's 'Paligoy-Ligoy' and NewJeans' 'Hype Boy'. 

While the fun and memorable choreography of the K-pop hit, created by ADOR's performance director BLACKQ, has made its rounds on the social media app before, this time it's joined by the Filipino singer-actress' track for the 2014 movie, Diary Ng Panget. 

Popularised by Maloi Ricalde from the P-pop group BINI, users have been re-adapting the dance for the popular K-pop hit to 'Paligoy Ligoy' and while it sounds random, it actually works so well.
