Nathan & Mercury are back with a double-single release.

The Filipino pop/R&B quartet kicked off the month with two new singles called 'Fools (Reprise)' and 'Fake Love' on Monday (03/02) via Sony Music Philippines.

Vocalist and guitarist Nathan Huang reveals in a statement that they'd decided to kick 2018's 'Fools' up a notch by "adding in instrumentation and a much colorful play of the chorale" for its reprise.

"In as short as 3:34, we experimented on our usual repertoire by mixing in instruments we’ve never used before (i.e. brass)," Bassist Angelo Sison explains their new offering 'Fake Love.' He says, “We mixed together several of our influences, particularly in pop and R&B, with hints of gospel and hip-hop. As a song, it speaks of not wanting anything less than real love—one that shouldn’t cost anything but is freely given."
