From the first of February onwards, all performers, crew, and audience members irrespective of the event size must be fully vaccinated, or exempted from Vaccination Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS), along with producing a negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result, at least 24 hours prior to the end of the performance.

In addition, only individuals who are medically ineligible for the vaccination, or who have recovered from COVID-19, as well as children who are aged 12 years and below can be exempted from VDS.

Similarly, from 25th January onwards, with effect of the VDS+Test Pilots, venues in Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay, Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall, Singapore Conference Hall, Wild Rice @ Funan, Singapore Repertory Theatre, and Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands will be allowed to house events at full capacity with no social distancing required for the audience and performers. There will also no longer be a limit for performers that can be unmasked on stage. However, all audience members must be “fully masked, seated, and static” at all times during the events.

Organisations that are keen on conducting live performances at these selected venues can visit their webpage here for more information, as well as the link for the application form.
