Lightyear is coming to Disney+.

Following its theatrical release in June, the Pixar film will make its exclusive streaming premiere on Disney+ next month.

The sci-fi animation chronicles the backstory of the famous Toy Story protagonist Buzz Lightyear. Voiced by Chris Evans, the space ranger goes on a space mission with his commander Alisha (voiced by Uzo Aduba) and cat companion Sox (voiced by Peter Sohn). The voice cast ensemble also includes Keke Palmer, Taika Waititi, and more.

Lightyear premieres on Disney+ on 3 August 2022.
