PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE are relentless.

With the release of the J-Pop act's scorching new single 'FIRE', a collaborative effort with Thai rapper SPRITE, listeners will feel themselves inspired to take charge of their destinies. Through the track, it's evident that PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE have gained a whole new sense of tenacity and drive in Thailand, where they continued with their activities for six months. 'FIRE' even features some Thai musical elements, merging the sounds of J-Pop and T-Pop to create its fiery atmosphere.

"Before moving to Thailand, we already knew of SPRITE from listening to his songs when we were in Japan," PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE share with Bandwagon in an interview. "So having this opportunity to work together was really a dream come true for us with the help of F.HERO from HIGH CLOUD ENTERTAINMENT and HYPE TRAIN PRODUCTION."

They add, "SPRITE is so young and so talented. Performing with him, he is a true rising hip hop artist, but when he is offstage, he is a completely different person who is kind and fun."

As a seven-member group, it might be a bit daunting to add another creative mind into the fold, but with SPRITE, there was absolutely no question about their chemistry. "We usually explain to people that the seven of us put together create a chemical reaction of seven different people with unique personalities, and it shows when we are together and when we perform," the group explain. "Putting SPRITE in 'FIRE', created this unique and explosive chemistry."

Besides working with SPRITE, Thai producer Nino, who was the group's music mentor in Thailand, also pitched in on creating the track. "Nino is always amazing to work with," PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE say. "Naturally it was great to be able to work with him once again. We always learn a lot from him when it comes to making music, whether it is production or songwriting to pronouncing better as we feel it is important to reach a global audience with our songs now in English, too."

Speaking of reaching a global audience, PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE are still on the path to breaking into the Billboard Top 200 charts to represent Japan on the global stage. They've certainly come a long way since their 2022 debut with P.C.F. Having garnered millions of views on YouTube and over 55,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, the 'BAKU BAKU' act prove they're ready for the big leagues.

"What sets us apart is our different personalities and backgrounds, and wanting to work more closely outside of Japan to incorporate a more international sound to our music that is very distinct and that we can call our own," they share. "We also want to be closer to our overseas fans. We do have a few shows lined up in SEA and we hope we’ll be able to visit all of you, including Singapore again for a show or fan meet."
