Ryan Cabrera is making his Philippine debut this December.
On Monday (09/09), Insignia Presents announced the upcoming performances of the American singer-songwriter at The Tent in Mandani Bay in Cebu and the New Frontier Theater in Manila on December 11 and 12, respectively.
