Every year, It's The Ship has been able to deliver a solid set of contemporary dance acts that run the gamut in styles and surprises. How about watching CHVRCHES in an ice-skating rink in 2014? Or dancing to a live mix by former adult actress Sasha Grey?

For the 2016 edition, they've not run short of surprises, roping in actor David Hasselhoff to serve as the "captain" for It's The Ship 2016. In other (relatively unexciting) news, they've also revealed Knife Party (who just dropped by Singapore in June), Sander van Doorn, Dada Life, Peking Duk, Far East Movement, Andrew Ravel, MYRNE among others as the acts confirmed to perform.

Other than live entertainment, they also promise a "rock climbing wall that overlooks the sea, a full sized basketball court, ice-skating rink, mini golf course, video game arcade, a duty-free shopping promenade, full service day spa, 10 pools and whirlpools, and 17 bars, clubs and lounges."
