The Filipino rock act is holding Grip Stand Throw the Concert on 26 February 2023. In a conversation with Bandwagon, the band confirmed that the show "will be a liver performance of the Grip Stand Throw album in its entirety. The songs will be performed in the same order as the album track list."

Grip Stand Throw is the band's debut album which features their hit single, 'Butterfly Carnival'.

The show will take place at Eastside by Sandugo, starting at 5:00 PM.

"We chose Eastside by Sandugo because we wanted to shoot the concert and the space looks and sounds good," the band also shared with Bandwagon. "Pre-pandemic, we usually had a yearly club show to celebrate Mike’s, Diego’s and Myrene’s birthdays, so we decided to include that in the festivities. Hence the pancit. We scheduled an early gig so that folks with work and school next day won’t think twice about attending."

Grip Stand Throw the Concert is the first of the many things that Sandwich have in store for their fans in celebration of their 25 years as a band. During their 20th year anniversary, Sandwich held their Under The Glow of the Satellite concert.

"We will be announcing more details for our plans for 2023 after the show but for now we can say that we’re scheduled to release vinyl, new merch, new music and more within the year," they said.
