The revered guitarist will make his appearance in Singapore once again, four years after a show here.
Carlos Santana, arguably one of the greatest living guitarists today, will perform with his eponymous band on April 4th at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Hall 601-604, in a headlining concert organized by IMC Live.
With over forty years worth of material, it'll likely be a glorious retrospective of the Latin rock pioneer, whose career spans from his days of mind-altering jazz fusion to his commercial peak in the early 2000s — especially the song-turned-meme phenomenon 'Smooth', his iconic collaboration with Matchbox 20 singer Rob Thomas (here's some precious, precious context.)
Tickets will go on sale from February 1st, 10am through APACtix, priced at SG$299, $239, $189, $139 and $89 (excluding booking fee). For every ticket, US$1 will be donated to The Milagro Foundation, a youth charity founded by Santana and his wife, Deborah.
