It's been six years since the release of UDD's critically acclaimed record Capacities

Members of UDD took to social media to commemorate the sixth anniversary of Capacities, the band's third studio album, which houses crowd favorites 'Tadhana,' 'Luna,' and 'Indak.'

In a post on Instagram, vocalist Armi Millare recalls some memories that led to the creation of Capacities, including times when they'd visited different cities, renting houses to write songs, and working with Paul Buchanan on 'Feelings.' She writes, " To have a body of work I am actually proud of is nearly impossible. It was the beginning of something good, we grew up as individuals and as a group."

While the music world waits for the band's highly anticipated self-titled record, celebrate the impact of Capacities by sharing your stories on Instagram with the tag #uddcapacities.

#uddCapacities took 4 years to make. I don’t know about the specifics of the sacrifices the boys did but it was a time I had more than enough music in my life- it was a dandy one. I was in music school, continuously touring and completing an album and doing yoga everyday, I ate really well until I made the colossal mistake of tweeting I wanted cupcakes...people found a way to show love, so I ate every single cupcake sent to me to respond. 🧁 but I have no regrets. Now I just ask for flowers. 💐 But not for me to eat. A lot of good things happened in this album. We all got to see different cities, I would be renting houses on breaks to write songs for this record. I was ready to call myself a musician as for years I have doubted myself. To get Paul Buchanan in there to sing is just out of this world-still not sure how that happened. To have a body of work I am actually proud of is nearly impossible. It was the beginning of something good, we grew up as individuals and as a group. Sherwin our friend who had passed this year, was there to witness all of that. It was a coming of age if you will. An amazing journey it has been inspite of the losses. Thank you for being a big part of it. Just tag us #uddcapacities / @uddph if you’re on Spotify or have stories about the record. I have been so attached to so many of these songs but I am so ready to. move. forward. Bet the boys are, too. Are you? 🥰 #Spotify #uddcapacities
