Street party Urban Ventures is returning next month with a slate of great live performances by acts like Sobs (pictured, right), Subhas (pictured, left), Mediocre Haircut Crew, hauste, and more.

Curated by LOPELAB, this 10th edition of the street party on 7 July will not be at the longtime hang of Keong Saik Road, but at Temple Street. It'll also apparently be Singapore's first street activation to be entirely carbon-neutral.

And though it's free to attend UV X, partiers are encouraged to make a donation towards the party's charity partner, Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2), which feeds needy migrant workers via their Cuff Road Food Programme.

On the music front, the aforementioned acts, as well as Oddshore, Causeway Youth, China Jam Reunion and The Chups, will take to the Live & Local Stage from 5pm onwards. There will also be DJ sets from Bongomann, JustMack and more, and salsa on the streets from 6 to 8pm.

And that's not counting all the extra-musical activities planned, from markets, F&B, a capoeira street performance, yoga, and more. Whew.

Urban Ventures X will take place on Saturday, 7 July 2018 on Temple Street. Sobs, Subhas, Mediocre Haircut Crew and hauste will perform. Entry is free but donations to TWC2 can be made here.
