Sony Music Thailand opens new office in Bangkok

Sony Music Entertainment Thailand has found its new home in the heart of Bangkok.

Thailand is one of the fastest-growing music markets in Southeast Asia, achieving double-digit revenue growth in 2022, surpassing USD 100 million for the first time – 90% of which is attributed to streaming. 

The new office is envisioned to serve as a creative hub for Sony Music Thailand's specialists in Artists and Repertoire (A&R), Marketing, Business Development and Legal functions, and more to provide support for their homegrown artists.

Officially opening its doors on 21 June 2023, an artist showcase also took place featuring performances by SME Thailand acts CDGuntee,  _Less, Toffe, T!NE, Nop Pornchamni, and Tor+Saksit.
