In keeping up with their tradition of bringing multiple genres and different kinds of musicians together on one stage, The Rest is Noise took it one step further with the first edition of Summer Noise

Their first-ever regional showcase featured acts from across the Philippines, including the likes of nu-metal, rap/rock act Dicta License, indie rock outift Oh, Flamingo!, folk-pop six-piece The Ransom Collective, math rock quartet tide/edit, singer-songwriter Clara Benin, indie folk act Munimuni, hip-hop collective UPRISING, and punk rock band Tiger Pussy and synth pop duo Mandaue Nights, both fom Cebu. The night was also the first official performance of IV of Spades as a trio, since they revealed the departure of their vocalist Unique Salonga. Regional acts like Permanence from Singapore, The Sleeves from Hong Kong, and X0809 from Thailand also made their Manila debut.
