Superstruct Entertainment has announced that they have acquired Boiler Room from its current owner DICE. The London-based company purchased the popular live online music broadcast platform for an "undisclosed sum".
Boiler Room’s ticketing process will still be run by by DICE, although financial terms and details on the structure of the deal have not been publically revealed.
Boiler Room founder Blaise Bellville said in a statement, “As we turn 15 and enter our next stage of growth, we’re excited to be partnering with Superstruct for this chapter. We feel in good company with their roster of brands, they offer us new opportunities to grow, whilst understanding the importance of staying true to the authenticity that, at its core, is what makes Boiler Room special.”

Notably, Superstruct also owns Sónar Festival, Brunch Electronik and Flow Festival, among many other acclaimed live music brands.
