How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies follows M (Putthipong “Billkin” Assaratanakul) a scheming young man who begins caring for his terminally ill grandmother (Usha Seamkhum) in the hopes of a multimillion-dollar inheritance. Unfortunately for him, it turns out that winning Grandma's favour is no easy feat.

Produced by GDH 559, this film was written by Thodsapon Thiptinnakorn, and marks Pat Boonnitipat's feature directorial debut, alongside Billkin and Usha’s first leading roles in a movie. The cast also includes Sanya Kunakorn, Sarinrat Thomas, Pongsatorn Jongwilas, Duangporn Oapirat, Himawari Tajiri and Tontawan Tantivejakul.
