You guys are currently on your ZENERATION tour, what’s life on the road been like lately? What have you been enjoying the most so far during the tour?

Eric: I love flying on airplanes, so going on tours is always exciting and fun for me. Moreover, the most enjoyable aspect of this tour is that I can meet many The B and perform on stage in front of them. It makes me extremely happy.

Young Hoon: Spending enjoyable time with The B from each country is the greatest happiness and fun for me. I gain a lot of power from seeing The B who support us.

This July, you’re heading to Southeast Asia, what are you most looking forward to for this leg of the tour?

Hyunjae: I'm happy to be able to meet The B from Southeast Asia after a long time. Moreover, I'm curious if they will like the stages we have prepared with much effort. I want to give and receive good energy from each other.

Kevin: We are most excited to meet fans from different countries! It’s amazing to see our fans cheering and singing along in Korean. Truly a huge motivating factor.

What goes into preparing for a THE BOYZ show? Do you have any pre-show rituals?

Hak Nyeon: We have worked hard to prepare and show a new side of ourselves that we haven't shown before. Especially, this ZENERATION tour is designed to let THE BOYZ and The Bs enjoy together and reminisce about the past six years. Also, I try not to go up on stage with an empty stomach as much as possible before the show.

Sunwoo: I memorise the new setlist, prepare a new hairstyle, and make sure to eat the local food before the performance.

What do you hope people take away when watching your concert?

Jacob: We hope our fans really take away new memories with us and also realize how thankful we are for them.

Since your debut, you guys have done so many different concepts and genres. How do you guys make sure your essence as a group and as individuals still makes it into your music no matter what kind of concept or sound you take on?

Sangyeon: I think our success is the fruit of our members' hard work, effort, and teamwork. Even though there are challenges we encounter along the way, we all have the same mindset and work together, which allows us to blend in naturally.

New: I think our members are the key to our success. As a group made up of diverse and strong individual personalities, we can make any concept album well and still be true to what THE BOYZ is all about.

Earlier this year, during your performance in Manila, you guys said “If you guys aren’t a fan of THE BOYZ yet, you will be.” If there’s one song you could recommend for the fans that have yet to discover THE BOYZ, what would it be and why?

Juyeon: It would be great if you have watched 로드 투 킹덤 Road to Kingdom series, which we appeared on. It was the point where the group "The Boyz" started to gain attention, and we put in a lot of effort to prepare for every stage.

Q: I would like to recommend the song 'Horizon' from our 8th mini-album 비 어웨이크 (BE AWAKE). I think of "I am alive and breathing because of The B," while writing the lyrics.

Through the years, you guys have gone from aspiring idols to now, having performed on many different stages across the world. What has it been like processing your global success? Was there a moment where you were like ‘OMG, it’s all happening’?

Sangyeon: I feel it every moment. No matter where I go overseas, there are fans from different nationalities, and their precious support always surprises me. I always want to express my gratitude to them.

Sunwoo: When we go on world tours or attend events abroad, we meet numerous fans. It's always amazing to see many fans from overseas recognize and support THE BOYZ.

What’s your favourite part about being in THE BOYZ?

Eric: Of course, we have our lovely fans called The B. Also, I have ten precious members who are like family and friends to me.

Young Hoon: I like being THE BOYZ just because we are THE BOYZ and I'm glad that I can be with The B.
