Thirds are cranking things up in the key of happy.
Following the release of their San Junipero-inspired single 'York1,' the Filipino rock trio dropped the feel good track 'Curly' on Tuesday (01/21). The new single will be available for streaming on Spotify in the first week of February.
In a message to Bandwagon, bassist Levi Reyes reveals that 'Curly' is more pop-oriented compared to their previous releases "The song is more pop than our usual songs. Noodle [Perez, guitars/vocals] was heavily influenced by Carly Rae Jepsen," Reyes explains. She says, "But of course we still could not let go of the odd timings so yan ang product ng song (But of course we still could not let go of the odd timings so that's the product of the song."
Reyes adds, "We enjoy it! We are really taking our time and nakakapagexperiment kami (We are really taking our time and experimenting)."
