Tickets to Sam Smith's show were snapped up within minutes of them going on sale at 10am this morning, and the show is now sold out.

From the discussion on the event's Facebook page, it seemed like people were waiting in line on the ticketing page since early morning, many of whom were disappointed to find out that they did not manage to secure tickets.

As is par for the course for top-tier pop shows in Singapore, scalpers have begun to resell tickets. Some are going for almost $1,800 (!) on Stubhub, as this screenshot shows:

Bandwagon has asked co-promoter Midas Promotions about the possibility of more tickets being made available, or even a second show. This post will be updated if or when we hear back.

Sam Smith will perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Tuesday, 2 October.
