Vocalist Armi Millare shared on Facebook on December 31st that the band will no longer be performing under the name Up Dharma Down and will now be referred to as UDD at the stroke of midnight on the first day of the new year. UDD, composed of Armi, guitarist Carlos Tañada, bassist Paul Yap and drummer Ean Mayor, released the first single under the 'new' name at 12 mn on January 1st. "Sigurado" premiered exclusively on Spotify. It's the first track off their upcoming self-titled album to be released sometime this year, the much-awaited follow up to 2012's Capacities.
