Indie rock band Vampire Weekend is back with the announcement of its new album FOTB today.
Modern Vampires Of The City, the band's last studio album was released in 2013. The latest project, once titled Mitsubishi Macchiato, will mark the first without founding member, Rostam Batmanglij, who left in 2016. He stated, "my identity as a songwriter + producer needs to stand on its own", although he will continue to collaborate Koenig.
FOTB will be an 18-track record and two singles off the album will be released every month leading up to the full release of the album in Spring, starting from next week.
