The fourth edition of Vans Musicians Wanted has returned to Singapore.

The highly-anticipated annual event showcases the best of up-and-coming Asian music and positions its artists to play on a much wider platform that spans several countries. Submissions to enter this year’s event in Singapore will open from 14 to 28 June. 

Musicians across all genres are welcome to submit original demos, from which they will stand a chance to play at their local Vans Musicians Wanted Showcase. Artists who have submitted their works will have them displayed on the Vans Musicians Wanted website, on which the public can then cast their votes for their favourite acts from 1 to 10 July. Voting is limited to one vote per musician. 

After public voting, the top 5 shortlisted acts will be announced after 12 July, and they will battle it out at the Vans Musicians Wanted Singapore showcase on 19 July. Whoever emerges victorious will be representing Singapore to play at House of Vans Hong Kong, which will be broadcasted live via BOILER ROOM, and get their music video produced and aired on MTV Asia. Winners also stand a chance to receive cash prizes as well as brand new Vans footwear.
