The MYX Awards returned to the virtual stage last night (07/08) to award the biggest acts in local and international music.

Awardees include the likes of P-pop phenomenon SB19, Filipino folk-pop band Ben&Ben, and global superstars BTS.

SB19 were the biggest winners of the night, receiving a total of four awards - Artist of the Year, Song of the Year ('Alab'), Music Video of the Year ('Alab'), Kumu Audience Choice Award. In a series of tweets, the group thanked A'TIN (fans of SB19) for their neverending support. "We wouldn't achieve this without all of you kaya proud na proud kaming ibahagi ang tagumpay na ito sa inyo! A'TIN TO!"

Ben&Ben won their first-ever MYX Awards, taking home the trophies for Mellow Video of the Year for 'Sa Susunod Na Habangbuhay,' as well as Collaboration of the Year for 'Paalam' with Moira.

The 'Pasalubong' act thanked LIWANAG (fans of Ben&Ben) for helping them win their first MYX Award. "Nangangarap pa lang kami noon. Ngayon, dinala niyo na kami sa unang MYX awards namin. Thank you for fighting for us, Liwanag."

Meanwhile, Korean pop sensations BTS won International Music Video of the Year for their record-breaking single, 'Dynamite'. The 'Butter' hitmakers took to Twitter to send a message of love and gratitude to their Filipino ARMY (fans of BTS). "Mahal namin kayo!"

Other winners include newcomers Matthaios and Michael Pacquiao, as well as Filipino-American pop star Olivia Rodrigo who received the Global Achievement Award. The coveted MYX Magma Award was awarded to legendary Filipino folk-rock band, Asin. Founded in the 1970s, the band's hits include 'Masdan Mo Ang Kapaligiran,' 'Balita,' and 'Himig Ng Pag-Ibig'.
