A new Japanese supergroup is coming your way.
X Japan pianist and drummer Yoshiki, L'Arc-en-Ciel and Vamps singer Hyde, Luna Sea guitarist and X Japan violinist Sugizo, and rock icon MIYAVI are banding together to revive rock music with their new group, The Last Rockstars.
"Rock stars are about to go extinct and this situation must be recovered. The most important thing is innovation and evolution. Rock is not just a genre, it is a philosophy," said Sugizo in a press conference held today (11 November).

The Last Rockstars will be officially released to the world with a short tour around Japan and the US. Set to kick off this January, the new supergroup will be performing four shows in Tokyo and one show in New York and Los Angeles.
The group is said to performing a series of songs, including two new singles 'The Last Rockstars' and 'Psycho Love'.
