Biography
Don't Play Play Band(Formerly known as Wong Tau Foo) is formed by ZHAO (Vocal/Guitar), Jerry (keyboard) and KC (guitar) in late 2015. Although the band is quite new in the scene, the members are veterans of the local music scene and each of them have released their individual works. Since the band started, it has been invited to perform in various music festivals and venues like LePark, Barber Shop By Timbre, Gillman Timbre, Hood Bar & Café, Switch By Timbre etc. The Band is influenced mainly by Mando Rock and pop Acts such as Mayday, JJ Lin, MEC Band etc, with a touch of western modern music influences. Don't Play Play Band’s primary focus is on their Original Compositions, which they aim to be one of the few Chinese original band in Singapore and to promote and spread awareness for local chinese music. Don't Play Play Band's music can be described as a mix of classic mando-pop rock with hints of western indie music influences in thier song arrangement. Currently,Don't Play Play Band is preparing to release their Debut EP in Late 2016. [麥笑笑]樂團（前名“Wong Tau Foo 王豆腐”）是新加坡的獨立創作樂團，由ZHAO(主唱），Jerry(鍵盤）和 KC（吉他）在2015年成軍。 擅長詞曲創作的[麥笑笑]樂團，想通過音樂傳遞團員們的人生故事給大家 聽，也想用他們的音樂傳達快樂來感化這個獅城。 [麥笑笑]樂團也開始進軍本的娛樂 團，在不少著名音樂酒吧和公共場所演出例如:The Art House, LePark, Gillman Timbre, Barber Shop By Timbre, Hood Bar & Café, Switch By Timbre 等等。 網絡上也有不少[麥笑笑]樂團留過的痕跡。他們的創作作品和其他翻唱歌 曲，都可以在[麥笑笑]樂團的官方YouTube的網站查詢。 [麥笑笑]樂團正在籌備將會在2016年年期間時分發行首張EP。
