Biography
An ambitious, rambunctious four-piece band hailing from all over Metro Manila in the Philippines, False Apart is determined to take the local and international music scenes by storm. Formed in May 2013 and having officially launched in July 2013, the band has since been a consistent fixture and rapidly emerging force in the Metro Manila music scene, winning over audiences with their unique blend of infectious, often harmonized pop hooks, bombastic guitar riffs and kinetic beats – all executed with a considerable helping of stick-it-to-the-man attitude.
Audiences have compared False Apart’s music favorably to acts such as All Time Low, Fall Out Boy, Anberlin, Coheed and Cambria, We Are The In Crowd, and even "anime opening themes." Whatever one’s point of reference is though, it is often apparent upon witnessing the band’s performances that their musical sights are set far beyond simply appealing to an elitist niche or a generalized perception of the “masses.” With talent, intensity and determination in tow, False Apart is set to prove to the world that they are capable of making world-class music that breaks down cultural barriers, while carving a formidable legacy for the enjoyment of the present and future generations.
False Apart released their debut self-titled album on November 15, 2014.
