According to Korean media reports, ASTRO's Moonbin has passed away.

Citing a police report, Yonhap reveals that on 19 April, Moonbin was found dead in his residence by his manager, who then called the police. The police are currently investigating to determine the exact cause of death.

Meanwhile, agency Fantagio has confirmed the news with an official statement. The agency shares how the members of ASTRO and employees and executives at Fantagio are all in mourning for their sudden loss.

Fantagio has also shared the family's wishes to keep the funeral as private as possible, and extends their condolences to his loved ones.

Earlier in the evening (19/04), Indonesia-based promoters LUMINA Entertainment  announced the cancellation of 2023 MOONBIN&SANHA FAN CON TOUR : [DIFFUSION] IN JAKARTA. The event was scheduled to take place on 13 May 2023. 

Moonbin debuted with ASTRO in 2016, and also participated in sub-unit MOONBIN&SANHA alongside bandmate Yoon San-ha.
