Hamilton will be making its Singapore debut next year.
As part of its inaugural international tour, the Tony-winning Broadway musical will play at Marina Bay Sands' Sands Theatre for a limited time following its premiere in the Lion City on 19 April 2024.
Since it debuted on Broadway back in 2015, Hamilton has gone on a tour of the United States, travelled to London's West End, Australia, and New Zealand, and staged a German production in Hamburg.

More recently, Hamilton had its Asian premiere in Manila with a cast that included Marc dela Cruz, Christine Allado, and the musical's West End production's Rachel Ann Go.
Following its run in Manila, Hamilton will make its way to Abu Dhabi before arriving in Singapore.
Based on Ron Chernow's biographical book that centres on the life of American founding father Alexander Hamilton, Hamilton features music and lyrics from Lin-Manuel Miranda, which combine hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway influences, and direction from Thomas Kail.
Aside from scoring 11 Tony Awards, it has also picked up seven Olivier Awards, a Pulitzer Award for Drama, and a GRAMMY Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.
“I'm thrilled to bring Hamilton to Singapore and continue the show's global journey. Hamilton's themes of hope, equality, and the power of storytelling are universal. It has been a thrill to see audiences fall in love with the show – be it in Australia or the Philippines, and I'm excited to see it connect with audiences in Singapore," said Michael Cassel Group's CEO Michael Cassel, the producer of Hamilton's international tour.
Tickets will be available for purchase from Marina Bay Sands' website and SISTIC from 14 November. In the meantime, fans can join the waitlist to get access to the pre-sale.
