HYBE America has just acquired QC Media Holdings. 

In an announcement made today (9 February), HYBE America shared that they have merged and acquired Quality Control or QC Media Holdings, the Atlanta-based label and entertainment company which is home to Migos, Lil Yachty, and City Girls. 

The label was originally founded in 2013 by Kevin "Coach K" Lee and Pierre "P" Thomas.

The deal, which is reported to be valued at USD 320 million, was led by HYBE America CEO Scooter Braun and comes as part of HYBE's continued mission to build a global entertainment powerhouse.
