Days later, she unveiled the main poster for the single, in which she can be seen alongside BTS' V.

On 19 January, EDAM Entertainment, IU's label, announced that the track's title had been changed to 'Love wins all' "to respect and support everyone who loves in their various ways".

The move came after netizens expressed concerns over the song's original title.

"We deeply hope that the original message of the song is delivered without leaving any scars on anyone, as every love wins all in the world with no hatred," EDAM Entertainment wrote.

Last December, it was announced that IU, whose real name is Lee Ji-eun, would star alongside the 'Love Me Again' singer in the music video for one of her upcoming tracks.

The 30-year-old was also confirmed to be working on a new album, which is slated to be launched sometime in the first half of this year. The project will be her first solo release since 2021's Pieces.
