If you haven't heard of Squid Game yet, where have you been?
The Korean drama-thriller premiered last September and since its release has become Netflix's biggest show, according to the streaming platform itself. In a statement on 13 October, Netflix shared that Squid Game has "become [their] biggest ever series at launch (and the first to surpass 100M when it premiered)".

The show reportedly reached 111 million global accounts in just 17 days and broke over 100 million views in its 28 days on the platform.
