Warren Hue is back!

After the release of 'RUNAWAY W ME' and various freestyle singles on SoundCloud through this year, the Indonesian rapper is returning with his new track 'W' which features hip-hop act yvngxchris. The dynamic rap track—which was produced by chasu—dropped today, 25 March.

"‘W’ is a song that me and chasu worked on based on sampling his vocals to create a hyperpop sound. We really wanted to experiment with having a hip-hop, pop song and we were super inspired by The Weeknd for this track. The song is mainly focused on energy and we needed yvngxchris to create a good balance for the song," said Warren Hue, in an official statement.

'W' comes in anticipation for his upcoming debut album BOY OF THE YEAR, which the 'WEST' act shared is going to be one of the highlights of his career thus far. "I'm making sure [the album] sounds perfect- it's gonna sound perfect. I'm making sure this is gonna be one of the most highlightable Warren Hue moments," he shared with Bandwagon.

Warren—who Bandwagon also named as one of the artists to watch out for in 2022—most recently collaborated with fellow 88rising act Rich Brian on the track 'GETCHO MANS' off of the latter's EP Brightside.
