The 2020 American Music Awards are happening this November.

Known as "the world’s largest fan-voted awards show," the annual awards ceremony is set to take place on 22 November at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The broadcast will air on ABC at 8 PM EST (23 November, 8 AM ID/TH Standard Time; 9 AM PH/SG/MY Standard Time; 10 AM KR/JP Standard Time).

On Monday (26/10) Dua Lipa graced US TV show GMA to announce the AMA nominees for New Artist of the Year and Collaboration of the Year. The pop star also received nominations for Favorite Female Artist (Pop/Rock) and Favorite Song (Pop/Rock).

The Weeknd and Roddy Rich lead the nominee list with 8 nominations each, while the likes of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Doja Cat, BTS, Megan Thee Stallion, Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, EXO, Harry Styles, Post Malone, NCT127, and Cardi B are also up for awards.

The likes of BTS, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Shawn Mendes, and more are slated to perform.

Fans can vote for their favourite artists via Twitter or the official AMAs website until November 16, 3 PM EST.
